I’m a yoga and meditation teacher, space holder, and retreat guide with a passion for helping women feel at home in their bodies again. My approach is rooted in gentleness, respect, and deep listening — because I believe healing happens when we feel safe, not when we’re pushed.
I specialize in offering customized yoga for women 40+ who are craving grounding, calm, and reconnection after years of caretaking, burnout, or simply being “on” for everyone else. This includes gentle yoga sessions and chair yoga, ensuring that everyone can find their place. This is a space where you don’t have to perform — you just get to breathe.
When I’m not teaching yoga classes, you’ll find me walking in nature, enjoying quiet rituals, or planning retreats that bring women together in restorative community.
